After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Benjamin, Miami Country Day was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Sports Leadership & Management Wolves a 9-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Spartans, who have now won six contests by five goals or more so far this season.

Miami Country Day pushed their record up to 6-4-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 23 goals over those three matches. As for Sports Leadership & Management, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Miami Country Day will be home for the holidays to greet Somerset Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Somerset Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5.5 goals per game this season. Sports Leadership & Management does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
