Volleyball Recap: Ely Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Ely had to endure a six-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against the Marshall Hilltoppers by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Timberwolves, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The win got Ely back to even at 7-7. As for Marshall, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.

Looking ahead, Ely will challenge Northeast Range at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Marshall has already played their next contest (against Hibbing), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
