Basketball Recap: Delta Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Delta can now relate to. They took a blow against the Denver West Cowboys on Friday, falling 70-32. The matchup marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

JAHEIM Taylor produced another solid effort dropping a double-double with 25 points and ten rebounds for Denver West. The team also got some help courtesy of ARI COWANS, who went 5-for-11 en route to 15 points.

Delta's defeat dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Denver West, their victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 22-2.

Delta does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Denver West, they have already played their next game, a 56-51 win against Prospect Ridge Academy on the 7th.
