Softball Recap: Lumberton Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lumberton can now relate to. They came up short against the Stringer Red Devils on Friday, falling 14-0. The Panthers just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Lumberton's defeat dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Stringer, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Lumberton nor Stringer have any future games scheduled.
