Cole Minchow leads Rocky Mountain to victory over Riverside

Recap: Rocky Mountain Grizzlies vs. Riverside Rebels

The Rocky Mountain Grizzlies can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They managed a 49-45 win over Riverside. The victory was just what Rocky Mountain needed coming off of a 65-42 defeat in their prior matchup.

Cole Minchow was the offensive standout of the matchup as he scored 22 points along with three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Lafe Files, who scored ten points along with five rebounds.

Rocky Mountain's victory bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Riverside, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Rocky Mountain will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Greybull at 7:00 p.m. on January 19th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Wyoming (Greybull is ranked 47th, while Rocky Mountain is ranked 51st). As for Riverside, they will be playing at home against Meeteetse at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meeteetse has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
