Basketball Recap: Lanett Comes Up Short

On Tuesday, the Lanett Panthers came up short against the Highland Home Flying Squadron and fell 39-32. The match marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Lanett's defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 18-7. As for Highland Home, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 17 games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Lanett nor Highland Home have any future games scheduled.
