Basketball Game Preview: West Central Blue Devils vs. Turkey Valley Trojans

West Central hasn't had much luck against Turkey Valley recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The West Central Blue Devils will look to defend their home court against the Turkey Valley Trojans at 6:15 p.m.

Last Friday, West Central had to suffer through a 52-18 loss at the hands of MFL MarMac. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Turkey Valley had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. Everything went their way against the Warriors as they made off with a 51-27 win. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 20 points or more this season.

Turkey Valley's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.2 points. As for West Central, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

West Central was dealt a bruising 56-17 defeat at the hands of Turkey Valley in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. Can West Central avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
