Basketball Recap: West Lowndes Takes a Loss

West Lowndes and Biggersville squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but West Lowndes had to settle for second. They took a 78-59 bruising from the Biggersville Lions. The Panthers have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

West Lowndes' defeat dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Biggersville, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season.

West Lowndes does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Biggersville, they will venture away from home to take on Falkner at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Falkner will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Biggersville surely won't give up without a fight.
