Carolina Day's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They blew past the Hickory Christian Academy Knights 80-56. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Wildcats have posted since December 9, 2024.

Despite the defeat, Hickory Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: freshman Noah Durham went 11 for 22 en route to 29 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Durham has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Crouse, who posted five points and ten rebounds.

Carolina Day's victory bumped their record up to 6-17. As for Hickory Christian Academy, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-10.

As of now, neither Carolina Day nor Hickory Christian Academy have any future games scheduled.
