Softball Recap: West Caldwell Warriors vs. Lincolnton Wolves

West Caldwell got themselves on the board against Lincolnton on Tuesday, but Lincolnton never followed suit. Everything went their way against the Lincolnton Wolves as they made off with an 11-0 win. That 11 run margin sets a new team best for West Caldwell this season.

Abby Bowman was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only one hit while striking out eight over four innings pitched. Bowman has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive pitching appearances. Bowman was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 3-for-4.
