Basketball Recap: Concordia Takes a Loss

Concordia lost against Veritas Academy on January 7th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Concordia Cardinals took a blow against Veritas Academy, falling 46-19. The Cardinals just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Concordia's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Veritas Academy, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 13-13 record.

Concordia will face off against Texas School for the Deaf at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Texas School for the Deaf's defense has only allowed 23.9 points per game this season, so Concordia's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Veritas Academy, they will take on Vanguard College Prep at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
