Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lakeview Charter). They were the clear victors by a 37-9 margin over Valor Academy on Monday. The Lions haven't had any issues with Valor Academy recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Lakeview Charter's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Valor Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Looking ahead, Lakeview Charter will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Valley Oaks CES at 3:00 p.m. The Vanguards have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 24.2 runs per game on average), something the Lions will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Valor Academy, they will head out to take on Sun Valley Magnet at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
