Volleyball Recap: DSST: Conservatory Green Comes Up Short

After flying high against Manual last Monday, DSST: Conservatory Green came back down to earth. The Hornets lost 3-0 to the Kennedy Commanders on Wednesday. The Hornets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Commanders apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

DSST: Conservatory Green's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Kennedy, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. DSST: Conservatory Green is set to face off against their familiar foe DSST: Cedar at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Kennedy will challenge rival Manual at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
