There's no place like home for Vermillion, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They blew past the Dakota Valley Panthers 6-1 on Thursday. Vermillion haven't had any issues with Dakota Valley recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Vermillion now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Dakota Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Vermillion will face off against Sioux Falls Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dakota Valley, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Groton at 5:30 p.m. on the 16th.
