Basketball Recap: Polytech Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Polytech was feeling good fresh off their 49-9 takedown of Milford on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers took a blow against the Smyrna Eagles on Thursday, falling 56-22. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost five in a row.

Tatiana Trader and Sierra Henry certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Trader posted three points and eight boards, while Henry earned eight points and three steals. Henry is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least three every time she's taken the court this season.

Polytech's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Smyrna, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
