Daviess County waltzed into their contest on Saturday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Campbellsville Eagles by a score of 2-0. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Daviess County's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Campbellsville, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Daviess County and Campbellsville will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Panthers are set to challenge their familiar foe Owensboro at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Campbellsville will take on rival Adair County at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.
