Football Game Preview: Elgin vs. Pine Eagle

After two weeks on the road, Elgin is heading back home. On Friday they take on Pine Eagle at 7:00 PM. Elgin have the odds in their favor, so they'll need to guard against complacency.

Elgin took an ego-bruising loss against Adrian/Jordan Valley two weeks ago, but they kept their chin up and bounced back last Saturday. Elgin were fully in charge last Saturday, breezing past Perrydale 64-14.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 16-58, which was the final score in Pine Eagle's tilt against Wallowa.

Elgin took the match and then some with a 68-30 victory the last time the two teams met over Pine Eagle. Will Elgin repeat their success, or does Pine Eagle have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
