Soccer Recap: Osborne Takes a Loss

After flying high against Hiram last Monday, Osborne came back down to earth. The Osborne Cardinals fell just short of the East Paulding Raiders by a score of 4-3 on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cardinals of the 10-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2022.

Osborne's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for East Paulding, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Osborne will host Rome at 8:00 p.m. on March 7th. As for East Paulding, they are taking a road trip to square off against Bremen at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. East Paulding has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 15 goals over their last three contests.
