Basketball Recap: North Yarmouth Academy Extends Winning Streak to Three

North Yarmouth Academy entered their tilt with St. Dominic on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They enjoyed a cozy 46-32 victory over the St. Dominic Saints. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 52-42 back in December of 2024.

North Yarmouth Academy has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.1 points per game. As for St. Dominic, with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-6.

Coincidentally, North Yarmouth Academy and St. Dominic will both be playing Sacopee Valley the next time they take the court. St. Dominic will head out to face Sacopee Valley at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, while North Yarmouth Academy will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
