Football Recap: Allen Park Starts off Right with Win over Trenton + How To Watch

Allen Park gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 47-27 margin over the Trenton Trojans. For the Jaguars, this counts as revenge for the 13-6 victory the Trojans walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Allen Park's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ben Klos, who threw for 228 yards and three TDs while completing 78.6% of his passes, and also rushed for 41 yards and a pair of touchdowns. That's the most passing yards Klos has posted since back in September of 2024. Allen Park's leading receiver Xavier Liepe was Klos' top target yet again, picking up 136 receiving yards and a pair of scores, while also rushing for 33 yards.

Despite the loss, Trenton still got an impressive performance from Anthony Hawkins, who rushed for 100 yards and two TDs on only 13 carries, and also threw for 56 yards and one touchdown on only five passes.
