Max Cannon Game Report: vs Kearns

Hillcrest had to settle for second on Tuesday, but Max Cannon sure wasn't going down easily. Cannon pitched four innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off two hits. The effort marked the fewest hits he has had since back in April of 2025.

Even though Cannon couldn't lead Hillcrest over Kearns, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Sadly, Cannon's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Huskies' five-game streak of wins at home.
