Softball Recap: Miles Bulldogs vs. Eldorado Eagles
Miles was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost an 8-7 heartbreaker at the hands of the Eldorado Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-1 back in February.

Miles saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaymie Herring, who scored two runs and stole four bases while going 3-for-4. Those four stolen bases gave Herring a new career-high. Another was Sydney Petillo, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.
