Lauren Falls gave up the fewest hits she has since back in February on Thursday. She made a splash, tossing four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against American back in April of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Falls has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Falls and Palmetto will face off against South Dade at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Panthers got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Buccaneers thanks in part to Falls: she struck out 11 batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off six hits (and not a single walk).
