El Camino entered their tilt with Valley Center on Thursday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They put the hurt on the Jaguars with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: El Camino took every set by at least 14 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-11, 25-7.

Grace Houston paced El Camino's offense, picking up 12 kills. Houston got some help from Jaida Garcia and her 23 assists. Kaylani Feliciano-Taele and Analecia Curran kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with six aces apiece.

El Camino's win bumped their record up to 24-10. As for Valley Center, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-15 record this season.

El Camino didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Vista on the 14th. As for Valley Center, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Escondido on the 14th.
