Soccer Game Preview: Dunwoody vs. Harrison

The Dunwoody Wildcats will head out to face off against the Harrison Hoyas at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams each escaped with close wins against their previous opponents.

It was a proper cat-fight when Dunwoody faced off against Chattahoochee on Tuesday. Dunwoody sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over Chattahoochee. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Harrison faced Walton in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. Harrison's defense stepped up to hand Walton a 1-0 shutout. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hoyas.

Harrison's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Dunwoody, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Dunwoody might still be hurting after the 4-1 defeat they got from Harrison when the teams last played back in February of 2024. Can Dunwoody avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
