Milpitas won the last time they faced King's Academy and things went their way on Monday too. The Trojans put the hurt on the Knights with a sharp 3-0 win.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-23, 25-23.

Daniel Todd paced Milpitas' offense, picking up nine kills. Todd got some help from Ethan Chan and his 21 assists. Ryan Saxelby and Toby Chen kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Milpitas' victory bumped their record up to 14-8. As for King's Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-15.

Milpitas wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 win against MacDonald on the 23rd. As for King's Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Santa Clara on the 23rd.
