Soccer Recap: Plattsmouth Comes Up Short

The matchup between Plattsmouth and Lutheran-Northeast on Monday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Blue Devils came up short against the Eagles, falling 7-2. Plattsmouth's defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Amara Johnson and Sammie Ritchie scored both of Plattsmouth's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Plattsmouth's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Lutheran-Northeast, the win got them back to even at 4-4.
