Norco put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Cypress Centurions a 12-0 shutout. The Cougars' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Norco's win was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-0. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for Cypress, with the loss, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-1.

Norco will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Corona at 4:00 p.m. on March 20th.
