Family Christian Academy won the last time they faced Land O' Lakes Christian, and Javon Garcia did his part to make sure it happened again. The Family Christian Academy Lions secured a 62-58 W over Land O' Lakes Christian on Friday thanks in part to Garcia, who went 14 of 23 to rack up 35 points and three steals. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 47.5% field goal percentage.

The team also got some help courtesy of Ezra Rivera, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 boards. He has become a key player for Family Christian Academy: the team is 4-2 when he posts at least ten rebounds, but 2-9 otherwise.

The win made it two in a row for Family Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 6-11. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.0 points over those games. As for Land O' Lakes Christian, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.
