After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Starr's Mill, Decatur was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They never let Tri-Cities get on the board and left with an 8-0 win. Considering Decatur has won six matches by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Decatur now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Tri-Cities, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.

Decatur and Tri-Cities will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Bulldogs see the pitch they'll take on St. Pius X Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th. As for Tri-Cities, their break will end when they face McEachern at 6:00 p.m. on the 15th.
