Marion Harding entered their tilt with Worthington Kilbourne on Tuesday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They took down the Worthington Kilbourne Wolves 56-37. Given the Presidents' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 69th, while the Wolves are ranked 331st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Worthington Kilbourne's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Zach Wolford, who went 6 for 15 on his way to 12 points in addition to eight boards and four steals. The dominant performance gave Wolford a new career-high in steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Cam Fisher, who posted seven points.

Marion Harding pushed their record up to 9-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.5 points per game. As for Worthington Kilbourne, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.
