Softball Recap: Irondale Comes Up Short

Irondale lost against White Bear Lake back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Knights fell 5-1 to the Bears. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Irondale saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ellis Norman, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Irondale's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for White Bear Lake, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Irondale will host East Ridge at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for White Bear Lake, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Park at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
