Soccer Recap: Mountain View Takes a Loss

Mountain View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Riverside Rangers. The matchup was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for the Lobos it sure didn't stay that way.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Riverside, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 3-5 record this season.

Mountain View will venture away from home to challenge Fabens at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Mountain View is facing Fabens at the right time seeing as Fabens is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Riverside, they will welcome Irvin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Riverside will also cruise into their next game with the timing on their side: Irvin will have lost four straight heading into Tuesday's match.
