Soccer Game Preview: Heritage Christian vs. Watertown-Mayer

Heritage Christian will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on the Watertown-Mayer Royals at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Heritage Christian is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Detroit Lakes. Heritage Christian came out on top in a nail-biter against Detroit Lakes on Saturday, sneaking past 3-2.

Meanwhile, Watertown-Mayer took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over Maranatha Christian Academy.

Heritage Christian took their win against Watertown-Mayer in their previous matchup back in October of 2018 by a conclusive 4-0 score. Will Heritage Christian repeat their success, or does Watertown-Mayer has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
