Basketball Recap: Mead Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Mead took on Mt. Spokane on Friday. The Panthers lost to the Wildcats at home by a 68-53 margin. The Panthers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wildcats earlier this season, when they won 57-55.

Mead has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-9 record this season. As for Mt. Spokane, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-6.

As of now, neither Mead nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
