Volleyball Game Preview: Waverly/South Shore Coyotes vs. Estelline/Hendricks

Waverly/South Shore hasn't had much luck against Estelline/Hendricks recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Coyotes will head out on the road to square off against Estelline/Hendricks at 7:00 p.m.

In Thursday's Canine Competition, Waverly/South Shore had to take the L. They came up short against Wilmot on Thursday, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-12, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Estelline/Hendricks earned a 3-1 victory over DeSmet on Thursday. Estelline/Hendricks hasn't had any issues with DeSmet recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Estelline/Hendricks had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 26-24, 25-23, 25-21.

Estelline/Hendricks' victory bumped their record up to 15-6. As for Waverly/South Shore, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-16.

Waverly/South Shore couldn't quite get it done against Estelline/Hendricks in their previous meeting two weeks ago as they fell 2-0. Can the Coyotes avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
