With a playoff win on the line, Mountain Ridge rose to the challenge on Friday. They blew past the Northern Garrett Huskies 4-1. Considering Mountain Ridge have won 12 matches by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The win was the third in a row for Mountain Ridge, bringing their record up to 12-2-1. As for Northern Garrett, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-6 record this season.

Mountain Ridge will square off against Southern on Tuesday. Northern Garrett does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
