Dionte Neal continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a double-double with 26 points and nine assists. He has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more steals the last 53 times he's played. Another player making a difference was Kendre Harrison, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and ten boards.
Reidsville smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in 53 consecutive contests dating back to last season.
Meanwhile, Walkertown didn't have too much trouble with West Stokes on Tuesday as they won 60-44.
Walkertown's win came from a few key players Reidsville will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Kenan Grady, who went 6-for-15 on his way to 14 points and three steals. That's the most steals he has posted since back in November of 2024. Ricco Daniels was another key player, putting up ten points in addition to six assists and five rebounds.
Reidsville pushed their record up to 24-0 with the win, which was their 19th straight on the road dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 29.3 points. As for Walkertown, their victory bumped their record up to 15-9.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Reidsville has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 45 boards per game. However, it's not like Walkertown struggles in that department as they've been averaging 33.5 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
