Soccer Game Preview: Borah vs. Mountain View

The Borah Lions will venture away from home to square off against the Mountain View Mavericks at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mountain View is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.6 goals per game this season.

Borah is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Idaho's top teams: Centennial, who was ranked 16th at the time (Borah was ranked seventh). The Lions and the Patriots finished up their match with a 2-2 draw on Thursday. Borah's loss put an end to their undefeated season.

Meanwhile, Mountain View strolled into their game on Wednesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past Timberline 4-0. Considering Mountain View have won four games by more than three goals this season, another big win was nothing new.

With that draw, Borah's record moves to 3-1-1. As for Mountain View, their win brought them up to 7-0.
