Volleyball Recap: Clemens Takes a Loss

Clemens was the 2-0 winner over Friendswood when they last played one another back in August of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Buffaloes fell 2-0 to the Mustangs on Friday.

McKenna Gobin paced Clemens' offense, picking up seven kills. Gobin got some help from Emily Corkill and her nine assists.

Clemens' loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Friendswood, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Clemens wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Shadow Creek on the 15th. As for Friendswood, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Goliad on the 15th.
