Soccer Recap: McKinney North Takes a Loss

McKinney North and Heritage squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but McKinney North had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Coyotes by a score of 1-0. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as McKinney North came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 12th, while Heritage are ranked 100th).

The defeat snapped McKinney North's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 17-2-1 record. As for Heritage, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-6-3.
