Volleyball Recap: Warren Takes a Loss

Warren was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the O'Connor Panthers, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Warriors have suffered since November 4, 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-11, 25-16.

Leah Erb paced Warren's offense, picking up five kills. Erb got some help from Gabby Davila and her nine assists. Finally, Kenya West and Valeria Ceballos kept the team grounded on defense, each having blocked two attacks.

Warren's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for O'Connor, their victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1.

Looking ahead, Warren will be taking part in a tournament against Long Creek at 11:15 a.m. on Friday. As for O'Connor, they will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Flour Bluff at 8:30 a.m.
