Baseball Recap: Berea Comes Up Short

Berea fell victim to Madison Southern and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 14-0 to the Eagles. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Berea saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tommie Banderman, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Berea now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Madison Southern, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 18-15.

As of now, neither Berea nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
