Hoover is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took down Duarte 83-65 on Monday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Tornados as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Bell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 63-38 to Ridgeview.

Bell's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Hoover, their win bumped their record up to 5-8.
