La Salle Academy strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Moses Brown Quakers a 16-0 shutout. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by seven runs or more this season.

La Salle Academy got a massive performance out of Phoenyx Silva, who fired off two home runs, three runs, and four RBI while going 2-for-3. Silva is on a roll when it comes to home runs, as she's now launched at least one in each of the last three games she's played. Lily Roumelis was another key player, firing off two home runs and five RBI while going 2-for-3.

La Salle Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .708. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive matchups.

La Salle Academy pushed their record up to 14-0 with the victory, which was their 21st straight at home dating back to last season. The team's perfect season has a lot to do with their hitting performance: the team's won by an average of 8.5 runs thus far. As for Moses Brown, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
