Baseball Recap: Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains vs. Woodmore Wildcats
While Hopewell-Loudon's win against Woodmore wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Chieftains had just enough and edged out the Wildcats 4-2. The Chieftains haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.
Kellen Frankart made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
