West Broward took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Pembroke Pines Charter, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bobcats had just enough and edged out the Jaguars 3-2. The win was familiar territory for the Bobcats, who have now won three contests in a row.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day West Broward got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 27-25, 19-25, 25-23, 23-25, 15-12.

West Broward's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Pembroke Pines Charter, the loss snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 6-4 record.

Coming up, West Broward will take on South Plantation at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Pembroke Pines Charter, they will challenge Coconut Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
