Firebaugh has gone 7-2 against Dominguez recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Falcons will square off against the Dons at 3:15 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with six consecutive losses for Firebaugh and four for Dominguez.

Paramount hit Firebaugh with a four-run first inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Falcons lost 9-3 to the Pirates.

Andrew Flores made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one run. That stolen base marked the first that he has snagged this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Kevin Heraldez, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Dominguez fell victim to Compton and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tarbabes.

Angel Lopez was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out eight over 4.1 innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Dominguez saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaiden Zaragoza, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

Firebaugh's record now sits at 3-7. As for Dominguez, their record is now 7-11-1.

Firebaugh skirted past Dominguez 6-5 in their previous meeting back in March. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
