Columbus Christian hadn't done well against Tabernacle Christian recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Columbus Christian Crusaders were the clear victor by a 55-32 margin over the Tabernacle Christian Eagles. Winning may never get old, but the Crusaders sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Columbus Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 7-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.0 points per game. As for Tabernacle Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Columbus Christian will head out to face off against Suburban Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Tabernacle Christian, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Medora at 5:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
