Softball Recap: Jennings County Panthers vs. Brownstown Central Braves

Jennings County had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against the Brownstown Central Braves by a score of 8-3 on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2024.

Arian Day made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI.
